Subprocessors and Service Providers
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This page summarizes the third-party providers that 4OS and AIMediaGenerator currently expect to use for core service operations. This list should be reviewed against actual production infrastructure before launch and updated when providers change.
| Provider | Role | Data involved | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hosting, storage, infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, and AI-related services | Account data, usage data, logs, diagnostics, User Content, generated outputs, and authentication metadata as needed | Includes Google services used for product infrastructure, Google Sign-In, analytics, and reliability. Configuration should be checked to disable advertising features unless separately disclosed. | |
| KlingAI | AI media generation and related processing | Prompts, uploaded media, generation settings, project metadata, generated outputs, and safety metadata needed to provide AI media features | Provider-operated systems may process content to generate requested media and perform safety/reliability functions. |
| Apple | App Store distribution, in-app purchases, receipts, platform services, and Sign in with Apple | App Store transaction data, subscription data, receipt metadata, account/authentication identifiers, and platform diagnostics | Apple acts under its own terms and privacy policies for App Store and platform services. |
| Web payment provider shown in billing settings | Web subscription and payment processing if enabled | Payment metadata, invoice data, transaction status, tax data, and billing identifiers | The active provider should be shown at https://4os.io/settings/billing and reflected here once confirmed. |
| Customer support and operations tools used by 4OS | Support, abuse response, privacy requests, legal requests, and security operations | Contact details, support messages, attachments, request metadata, account IDs, and project links | If dedicated support software is added, list it here before launch. |
Model-training commitment
4OS does not use private User Content to train general-purpose AI models unless a user affirmatively opts in. Provider contracts, product settings, and API tiers should be configured to support this commitment.
