Privacy Choices

This page explains how users of 4OS and AIMediaGenerator can manage common privacy choices.

Access, correction, deletion, and portability

Submit a privacy request through https://4os.io/help or email admin@4os.io. Tell us whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal. We may need to verify your identity.

Delete an account

Use Settings > Delete Account in the app. If your subscription is managed by Apple or another marketplace, cancel that subscription separately through the marketplace account that processed the purchase.

Delete projects and generated content

Use Project > Delete. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, legal holds, transaction records, or abuse-prevention records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Model-training choice

Private User Content is not used to train general-purpose AI models unless you affirmatively opt in. We do not currently offer a training opt-in control because private User Content is not used for training by default. If a training opt-in program is introduced later, it will include a separate notice and control.

Marketing communications

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or manage help and communication preferences through https://4os.io/settings/help. Service, billing, security, and legal notices cannot always be disabled while your account remains active.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently offer a separate cookie-settings dashboard. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings, manage device permissions through your device settings, and submit requests through https://4os.io/help. Where required by law, optional analytics should not be activated until consent is obtained.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Under the current product design, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where legally required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Device permissions

Camera, microphone, photo-library, file, notification, and similar permissions can be changed through your device settings.

Appeal a privacy request decision

Submit an appeal to admin@4os.io and include the original request reference.
